Cost of Hunt Includes

  • pre and post hunt ground transportation to and from hunting areas
  • Hunters will be picked at their hotel in Winnipeg prior to the hunt and returned to the hotel at the end of the hunt
  • transportation during hunt
  • meals and accommodations during hunt
  • field dressing, skinning, and caping of trophy
  • pre purchasing of licenses and permits

Cost of Hunt Does Not Include

  • license fee (whitetail tag - $210.00 + Allocation Fee - $100 = $310 in Canadian funds)
  • airfare
  • shipping, crating, or handling of trophy
  • taxidermy - this is available locally if hunter wishes
  • butchering services, cutting, wrapping, packaging or transportation of meat
  • alcohol or carbonated beverages for mix
  • arrival and departure accommodations
  • transportation to airport for departure
  • gratuities

Terms of Booking Hunt

  • 50% deposit required to book hunt for current season (personal cheque accepted - payment plans can be arranged)
  • If booking for future seasons, a minimum of $500 deposit is required
  • all deposits are nonrefundable, but may be transferred to another hunter in the same year up to 60 days before the hunt start date. This deposit can also be deferred to the following season if arrangements are made prior to 60 days before the original booking.
  • final payment due and payable in full 30 days prior to hunt start date and is nonrefundable. Payment must be made by cash, certified cheque, or money order
  • all hunt costs are in U.S. Funds
  • total cost of hunts are fixed. There will be no refunds, even if the hunter tags out early or leaves for any reason
  • monies paid will be refunded if for some reason Spruce Woods Outfitters must cancel the hunt

Miscellaneous

  • all hunts will be conducted according to the Code of Ethics of the Manitoba Wild Life Act & the Manitoba Lodge and Outfitters Association
  • all hunters will agree to follow and adhere to all rules as set out in the Manitoba Wildlife Act, as well as any stated rules or procedures within Spruce Woods Outfitters hunting / guiding operation
  • Unless stated otherwise, all hunts are six (6) days duration
